Wylder a 1,970-acre 4,000 home community in the SW quadrant of I-95 and Midway Rd. is currently under development. City water and sewer available. St Lucie County has plans to extend Jenkins Rd(which is Milner Rd on the North side of Midway Rd) all the way to St Lucie Blvd to provide access to St Lucie International Airport. Much of the Road and the Right of Way is in Place.
